• Never share your login credentials with any third party;

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.3 Currency

5.5 Wagering Requirements and Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus funds and free bets are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from such funds. 9. Account Suspension and Termination

82gl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe;

9.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request closure of your 82gl account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Requests for self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes will be acted upon immediately. Standard account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any available balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding disputes or investigations are pending.

9.3 Funds Following Termination

If an account is terminated by the Company due to a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds, pending investigation. 10.2 Limitation of Financial Liability

The Company's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Third-Party Services

82gl integrates with third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and verification services. The Company is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or service interruptions of third-party providers, except to the extent expressly provided under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

10.4 Player Responsibility

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
